Return & Cancellation Policy

Because all of our holsters are custom-made to order according to your exact specifications, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and processing has begun.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

• Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Defective or Damaged Items We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your holster arrives defective or damaged due to a manufacturing issue:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Battlegnometactical@yahoo.com.

• Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect.

• If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no additional charge to you.

Fitment & Compatibility It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct firearm model, optic cut, light/laser attachment, and handedness are selected at checkout. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for customer ordering errors.
