1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products All holsters are custom-made to order based on the specifications selected at checkout. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all selections—including firearm model, light/laser attachments, optic cuts, color/pattern, and handedness—are accurate before placing your order.
2. All Sales Final & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order is placed.

Order cancellations or modifications must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Firearm Safety & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any firearm inserted into a Battle Gnome Tactical holster is unloaded during initial fit testing.

Always inspect your holster for wear, damage, or loose hardware before each use. Discontinue use immediately if the holster becomes damaged or compromised.

Battle Gnome Tactical is not liable for improper use, accidental discharge, negligence, unauthorized product modifications, or failure to follow safe firearm handling practices.
4. Fitment & Manufacturing Defect Warranty

We guarantee our holsters against manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship upon arrival. Defect claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

We do not cover fitment issues resulting from incorrect customer selections, aftermarket firearm modifications not specified during ordering, or normal wear and tear.
5. Lead Times & Shipping

Stated lead times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and material availability.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Battle Gnome Tactical is not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages once handed over to the carrier.
